Speaking as a makeup artist, they're both overpriced. Typically La Mer is for very dry skin as it is too rich for most people. The style magazines always seem to want to push these on the ';average'; woman - but what average woman can really afford a $125+ moisturizer? Better off to use trial and error to find the one that works best for your particular skin.Which is better? Valmont or La Mer cream?
