Is LA MER the best creme?

im 35 getting lots of fines lines around my eyes and month.... im using la mer but dont see any improvement. drink lots of water, drink tea from teavana with lots antioxidants, dont smoke, dont drink, dont stress.... share your secret grils!!!Is LA MER the best creme?
